Handling procurement activities from inquiry RFP / RFQ, tender process, negotiation, PO, contracting and reviewing vendor performance
Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
Analyzes and evaluates source and pricing alternatives to control cost
Present the alternatives of supplier / vendor
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or any Engineering disiplines (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent technical knowledge of cost engineering spectrum ( tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, Bill of Quantity, Final Account close-out ).
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in property / real estate / contractors.
