- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks)

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods

- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting

- Coordinating with head department/division to identify staffing needs

- Participating in career events

- Up to date with trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR

- Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter or similar role

- Have experience in recruiting for Information Technology

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

- Good level of experience to deal with candidates professionally 

- Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement

- Have experience from consulting background will be preferred with good database and strong exposure on the technologies

- Experience in recruiting process and interview techniques

- Excellence communication skill

- Good knowledge about psychological test

- Creative thinker
